In utter cold, under the weight

Further comment on the medical condition of Duterte

As correctly pointed out by Rep. Alejano, it is the right of the Filipino people to know the physical and mental health of Duterte. They would not want to be ruled by a madman or by some caretaker committee of pretenders in violation of the rule of succession in he 1987 Constitution.

After the destruction of the city and the forced evacuation of more than 300,000 people, there is overwhelming uncertainty whether they would get sufficient assistance for relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction. Most people are now in the dark whether they can get back their previous home lots and the remains of their ruined houses and shops.
