The NDFP International Information Office (NDFPIO) led in the celebrations in Europe as it gathered more than 100 European friends, solidarity activists, Filipino supporters and allies and dozens of organizations, in a joyous celebration under the theme: ¨Build the Broadest United Front to Strengthen the Organs of Political Power and the People´s Democratic Government (PDR), last April 21, 2018 at the Ru Pare Complex in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Solidarity message to the first international rural youth assembly
I congratulate the Youth for Food Sovereignty for organizing this First International Rural Youth Assembly to highlight the struggles of the rural youth in semi-colonial and semi-feudal countries in their particular situation as rural youth and the close link of their struggles with the over-all struggle of their people for national freedom and democracy. In the semi-colonial and semi-feudal countries of Asia, Latin America and Africa, the rural youth comprise the majority of the rural labor force and a big part of the country’s population.

Imperialism is not just about war and invading and bombing countries, as the US military machine has done in Iraq, Libya, Syria, Somalia, Vietnam, Korea and so my other countries around the world. It is not just about the CIA overthrowing democratic governments, as it has done in so many countries, and is now trying to do in Venezuela.
Women under attack, fight back
The people are under attack, women are targeted for attack. What do we do? We fight back. The League foresees even worse manifestations of this global crisis erupting into open war. Just as our forebears Rosa, Clara, Krupskaya, Angela and Leila saw the power of women and people united in the face of murderous warmongers, tyrants and dictators, so we now choose to forge greater unity, employ the sharpest analytical and organizing calls, and advance with local victories until global emancipation is achieved.

The Saudi Arabia aggression started in March 2015 to re-install the puppet regime of Abed-Rabbu Mansour Hadi which was overthrown by Houthi rebels that seized Sana’a, the Yemeni capital in 2014. The rebellion is supported by the broad masses of the Yemeni people who have been subjected to decades of oppression by dictators supported by the US and Saudi Arabia.
Uphold the validity of the Great October Socialist Revolution
The great Lenin extended and developed the theory and practice of Marxism to that of Marxism-Leninism in the era of modern imperialism and proletarian revolution. He led the Bolsheviks and the people in turning the inter-imperialist World War I into a revolutionary civil war, thus overthrowing Tsarism through the February 1917 revolution and subsequently the bourgeois Kerensky government in the Great October Socialist Revolution. All power passed on to the soviets of workers, peasants and soldiers, which led to the establishment of the Soviet Union on one-sixth of the surface of the earth.
