I am glad that netizens and the press have noticed and exposed the manipulated photo issued by the military to fake the surrender of so many NPA fighters so-called.

The National Task Force-ELCAC is preoccupied with psywar which stages fake surrenders, fake encounters and fake projects. These allow the military and police officers to pocket large amounts of public funds.

The military and police are corrupt and cannot be trusted. Duterte has been abetting corruption in the military and police in order to keep their personal loyalty to him.
