An evaluation of Duterte

We now observe Duterte as a tyrant who has confused himself beyond recall or who has all along been mentally deranged.
By some strong indications, he wants to be a fascist dictator beyond 2022:
a. Militarization of the Cabinet
b. Anti-Terrorist Act and the escalation of state terrorism
c. Projected charter change on the pretext of federalism and parliamentarism
d. Control of TIM-Smartmatic voting system
But there are also strong indications that he cannot rule beyond 2022.
a. He has serious illnesses which have made him scarce and look sickly whenever he appears publicly.
b. He has bankrupted his own government by plundering the public treasury under the cover of COVID 19.
c. He has offended the US by allowing China to have seven military bases in the EEZ of the Philippines, cell towers of China Telcom-DITO Telecommunity in AFP camps and other footholds that run counter to the US security scheme.
d. He is known by the US to keep his loot in China in the form of bank deposits and stock assets and is therefore under control by China and under direct handling by the Davao Chinese group.
e. He is failing in his pledge to the US to destroy the armed revolutionary movement. In this regard, the US has no reason to keep him in power beyond 2022.
